Welcome to the Coaches Corner for the R.C Dickenson Family YMCA! Thank you for giving your time and effort to help build local athletes. It’s no easy job but it always comes with great reward. Whether coaching kids or adults, you are an instructor and a leader. On this page you will find a Coach’s Manual with Practice Outlines for each sport and age group, plus some instructional videos for sample drills you can teach at practices.
All of our coaches at the YMCA volunteers who have been approved and passed a criminal background check. All Volunteer Coaches are required to:
